I was recently invited as a live fashion illustrator for a beautifully intimate dinner party hosted by ChloBo to celebrate the launch of their latest jewellery collection. The exclusive event took place on a stunning, docked canal boat in Paddington, London, complete with an open kitchen and three-course dining experience.
The evening brought together a handpicked guest list of media, influencers, and celebrities, all gathered to experience the new ChloBo collection up close. As part of the brand’s luxury activation, I created live fashion portraits throughout the night – sketching guests in 7–10 minutes each.
Working on A5 cards customised with the ChloBo logo, I illustrated each guest using black Polychromos pencil with bold, colourful highlights to echo the stylish, bohemian elegance of the jewellery line. The result was a personalised keepsake that reflected both the individual’s look and the brand’s aesthetic.
Set against the unique backdrop of the canal boat, the energy was intimate and creative – the perfect setting for live illustration. Conversations flowed, jewellery sparkled, and each portrait became a moment of connection between the brand and its guests.
